Description

• Manage various financial closing processes.

§ Handle reporting of manufacturing absorption, spending and other types of management information , and support global financial result submissions .
• Play a strong role in the development and execution of the Business Plan and periodical forecast cycles .
• This position will take responsibility to site assets management , including both Inventory and Capex.
• Assist in audits and compliance testing activities.
• Provide financial and compliance guidance and counsel to the Innovative Medicines Supply Chain community, to deliver on its long term (e.g. competitiveness and utilization) and short term (target achievement) commitments.
• Support the selection and prioritization of business initiatives, including the monitoring and mitigation of associated risks during execution. This includes development of business cases for investments and constructively challenging business partners, to improve outcomes and ensure optimal use of resources.
• Maintain relationships with business stakeholders, as well as with Finance colleagues in the local and global organization, including Global Services, Tax and Compliance teams. Build bridges between Finance and the functions we support, in terms of working relationship and continuous two-way education.
• Be an active member of the global J&J Innovative Medicine Finance organization , a representative for the APAC Finance team and an active participant in global Finance initiatives.

§ Drive continuous improvement , finding innovative ways to improve processes, use of our IT tools and support to our stakeholders.
