Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Responding to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications
• Setting up and installing new computers, networks, and software.
• Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software, and other applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults.
• Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems
Requirements:
• Bachelor/Master in Computer Science from an HEC recognized university.
• Relevant experience in Telecom industry of 3-4 Years with CCNA certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: From Rs75,000.00 per month
