We are working with several Multi-Discipline Engineering firms in Springfield looking for Civil Engineers (Roadways & Highways) and Project Managers.

We have openings for candidates with various levels of experience designing roadways and highways for various public agencies and the DOT.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
• Perform the preliminary engineering design and production of roadway projects for public agencies including NDOT and others
• Maintain quality control of the work products and successfully complete projects on time and within budget
• Collaborate with professional engineers across the firm
• Create an exemplary client experience throughout project delivery

Key skills and abilities needed for the positions are:
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD Civil3D
• Ability to clearly communicate in both oral and written communication to individuals or groups.

Education and Certification requirements are:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• EIT / PE license a plus
