Responsibilities:

Legal Advisory:
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal matters.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and client consultations.
Interpret laws, regulations, and legal documents to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Advise clients on the legal implications of business decisions and strategies.

Contracts and Agreements:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure that contracts and agreements are legally sound, protecting the interests of clients.
Identify and address any legal risks or issues in contracts and propose necessary amendments.

Dispute Resolution and Litigation:
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, and present arguments in court.
Conduct legal research to support case strategies and develop effective legal arguments.
Collaborate with external legal counsel, if required, to handle complex litigation matters.

Legal Compliance:
Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and legal requirements relevant to the clients' industries.
Advise clients on compliance issues and develop strategies to ensure legal conformity.
Assist clients in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from regulatory authorities.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service.
Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
Understand clients' needs and goals to provide tailored legal solutions and recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:
• A minimum of [X] years of experience practicing law in the United Arab Emirates, preferably in Dubai.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent); a Master's degree would be advantageous.
• Admitted to practice law in the United Arab Emirates.
• Indepth knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in legal drafting and documentation.
• Proficient in using legal research tools and technology.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary:
AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
