About the Job:
LiveIntent is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee and implement the processes and procedures that will steer successful delivery of our product roadmap. You will be responsible for ensuring effective coordination, implementation, and execution of technical projects while acting as a liaison between various stakeholders across the organization. As the Senior Project Manager, you will act as a subject matter expert to help various teams in delivering real-time, scalable products within an Agile environment, removing roadblocks and facilitating discussions to ensure all deliverables are met on time.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Product Management, and Engineering, as well as other senior team members to plan, manage and deliver our roadmap and all related projects helping company vision and strategy
• Define priorities for team members daily and give them direction, resolve their blockers and coach them
• Run meetings that are related to projects/programs the project management team are working on or several business-related strategic topics
• Act as a Scrum master for LiveIntent, including Jira and Confluence management, retro and scrum meetings, coaching teams on how to use agile
• Oversee project plans, documentation, meeting minutes, task management internal stakeholder shave visibility regarding ongoing projects
• Ensure deadlines are met by collaborating with the senior team members to steer effective resource planning, organization, and prioritization
• Execute and help complex projects in an Agile/Scrum environment, proactively addressing possible risks and driving project issue resolution
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of direct Agile project management experience in a dynamic environment, with a proven record of successful and timely delivery of projects
• Ability to drive multiple complex projects involving cross-functional teams and systems.
• A combination of technical knowledge and strong business acumen
• Passion for problem solving, communication, and organization with a consultative/collaborative approach to teamwork
• Ability to translate both business and technical requests from stakeholders into clear requirements for development teams
• Ability to anticipate technical and project barriers and adjust to in-the-moment needs
• Proficiency with standard project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Basecamp, etc.
• PMP certification is a plus
