Robert Half is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our client in Commercial Real Estate full-time. This role will be fully onsite in Encino, California. In this role you will collaborate with our dedicated in-house marketing team to craft captivating marketing materials and design requests from brokers. We're seeking a candidate with robust creative abilities and a portfolio showcasing a deep passion for cutting-edge design and typography. While the role will be 70% print work, the ideal individual possesses experience across diverse design platforms, encompassing both digital and print mediums.
Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing materials, including but not limited to offering memorandums, brochures, email campaigns, presentations, invitations, etc.
• Conceptualize and execute consumer-facing marketing campaigns for social media and the web
• Take charge of various tasks across the complete design process, from brainstorming to execution
• Manage a substantial request queue, consistently delivering in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while juggling multiple assignments concurrently
• Engage with sales professionals, administrators, and researchers to address marketing needs
• Responsible for overseeing personal workflow, ensuring timely completion aligned with client specifications
• Reduce iterations by meticulously proofreading content
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in graphic arts, visual arts, or multimedia
• Over 5 years of graphic design experience in a corporate creative department, agency, or design studio
• Robust portfolio featuring corporate layouts and designs alongside social media graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Expertise in Print Design and InDesign
• Outstanding interpersonal skills for establishing and nurturing productive working relationships
• Meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Commercial real estate experience is a bonus
• Skills in motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects/Premiere) are a plus
• Experience in web design (with editing platforms and/or coding) is a significant advantage
