Accountant (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to;
• Bank reconciliation across the entities.
• Trade debtors and creditors reconciliation
• Maintain fixed assets register
• Inventory management
• End of month accounts reconciliation
• Preparing financial reports for management and board
• Preparation of Business Activity Statements, Instalment Activity Statements, payroll tax, FBT return
• Supervise assistant accountants
• Work with business stakeholders, i.e. Banks, insurance companies and auditors.
• Year-end Audit reconciliations.

Must Have

Successful candidate must have a Bachelor in Accounting/Finance or a Member of a Professional Body in Australia or equivalent.

Minimum 2 Years Of Work Experience In Above Areas.

Ability to work in both MYOB and Xero

Drive for continuous improvement

Strong attention to detail and a team player with a positive mindset

Excellent communication skills

Remuneration

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year + Super

There will be annual review of performance for higher incentives and bonuses.

Accommodation will be provided close to office

Company’s car will be given for work related travel and reasonable private usage

The company will pay for any professional training & development courses i.e. CA/CPA.
