Job Description

This is a new role in the Lowell team reporting in to our Group Head of Cybersecurity Policy & Standards. We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Analysts to maintain and improve upon the existing processes designed to demonstrate capability to our clients, and to manage and review the collection of responses from Lowell’s third parties.

The role will include direct engagement with teams throughout Lowell as well as limited relationship management with clients and third parties. It will require an awareness of the outsourcing landscape as well as a methodical approach to data management.

You’ll
• Manage and improve the process to respond to client requests for evidence on cyber security and information protection
• Manage and improve the process to acquire and analyse responses from third parties who manage Lowell data or systems
• Understand all regulatory environments in which Lowell operates (eg UK, EU, Nordics)
• Assist with the review and assessment of Lowell Cybersecurity Policies and Standards
• Assist with the review and assessment of services against the Lowell Cyber & IT Control Library
• Support Cybersecurity governance process as required

What we need from you?
• Experience working in either governance, third party engagement, Cybersecurity or IT
• Awareness of Cybersecurity and/or IT processes and controls
• Demonstrable relationship management experience
• German written/language skills would be advantageous but not essential
