Job Description

• Strongly technology on Data visualization tools (specially on Qlik Sense). Qlik Sense is a standard reporting development tool in our company.
• Follow up and align with the global Qlik Sense product strategy and roadmap to develop China QlikSense product to realize business real needs.
• Supervise and instruct delivery team on data visualization solution design, measure and control the implementation of changes, supervise regional-level data platform development to ensure it is aligned with global data strategy
• Build a strong knowledge of the current state of our company data assets, business process and systems involved, perform assessments, and analyze root causes of data pain points / needs from optimization perspective
• Collaborate with global solution architects to deliver the enterprise data solution that fulfills business needs, ensure the technical design to follow enterprise data governance/framework, and drive continuous technology improvements around data governance
• Establish technical policies and data standards to ensure the data integrity and security, maximize the use of data, and minimize the costs associated with data collection, processing, storage, integration, reporting, etc.
• Manage projects from project manager perspective, including developing project timelines, overseeing project activities, communicating project issues, auditing project deliverables, etc.
• Work closely with BA/BP team to manage and implement the business requirement.
3. Qualifications
Candidates with below skills will be given preferential consideration:
• Strong knowledge and rich experience in data visualization solution
- 5-7 years of experience on the following: ETL tools, data visualization platforms, data analytic techniques, etc.
- Experienced on QlikSense development. Use the best practice to realize the report needs.
- Experienced on database SQL query. Read and understand the SQL query implementation.
- Understanding on Data visualization tools. Include Data visualization architecture, data modeling design, backend and frontend performance tuning. Lead the team to make and implement the best practice of QlikSense. Lead the team to Problem resolving
- Comprehensive understanding of the system development life cycle; software project management approaches; and requirements, design, and test techniques.
- Understanding the Pharmaceutical industry is plus.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese for both oral and written communication
- Ability to convert business needs into strategic architectural principles and technology roadmaps, as well as translate technical contents into easy-understanding languages
- Ability to quickly structure information, reach alignment, resolve conflicts, etc.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders

• Project management experience
- 5+ years of project management experience, with deep understanding of software project approaches / requirements and system development lifecycle
- Experience managing third parties, from both development and operations perspective
- Experience with Agile development
- Proficiency with team collaboration tools like SharePoint
- Proficiency with issue tracking tools like JIRA

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable field

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
