Key Responsibilities:
• Production Oversight: Manage and oversee the pharmaceutical production process, ensuring product quality and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency and safety.
• Production Planning: Collaborate with the production team to plan and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues that may arise during the production process, finding effective solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, to achieve production goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical production.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
