JD for Financial Analysts:
Currently, the company is seeking Business Analysts – Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our Functional Consultant team.
Location: Lahore (Gulberg III, Main boulevard)
Timings: 4pm to 1am
Salary: 100k(would be negotiable)
Work type: Onsite

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering client processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful ERP implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track actual vs. budget/reforecast, analyze variances,
• and ensure variance commentaries are submitted
• Participate in preparing monthly reforecast consolidation, annual budget consolidation, and executive financial packages.
• Acquire full accountability for the CLS Operations and Supply Chain financial execution, including EAC development, earned value support, performance against AOP, and tracking cost control initiatives
• Partner with the CLS Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management leads to ensure decisions are supported by an informed financial analysis
• Support your Operations Finance teammates, including but not limited to participation in special projects, knowledge sharing, cross-training, ad hoc analysis, and overall support
• Collaborate with factory managers and financial analysts; provide analysis and leadership that influences factory forecasts and execution. Provide Planning Solution input template/report support to finance users

Mandatory Requirements:
• MBA in Finance, Accounting
• 2 year plus related experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
• Excellent communication skills, grammar and vocabulary
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects, as well as solid follow
through skills
• Ability to complete projects timely and accurately is critical
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• ACCA will be a plus
