About the opportunity

The Dayforce Product team is looking for an experienced Product Manager responsible for the industry’s next generation Human Capital Management solution in the ANZ. We are offering an opportunity to reinvent Human Capital Management and develop new and innovative solutions that challenge industry perception of what an HCM solution can do.

You will be responsible for driving the development of new and innovative products that solve complex business problems that organizations face today. Execute on the product requirements for the Dayforce Product by delivering value to drive sales, improve efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

We are fully remote all of the time, not just in lockdowns. You can be based anywhere across Australia and New Zealand. We are an amazing team, we ‘hum’ together, we lean into one another and have fun. We are flexible, we won’t micromanage you but we will provide you with structured growth.

What you will get to do
- Provides input into roadmaps
- Spend most of the time externally focused speaking to customers and stakeholders
- Speak to internal stakeholders and customers to identify business problems and product opportunities (represents the voice of the customer)
- Stays up to date on industry trends and competition
- Develop solutions (what) to problems and provides justification (why) for why we should invest money and resources
- Provides input on decisions with respect to product feature prioritization, requirements, and feature scope
- Communicates value of new features to stakeholders and customers
- Collaborates with Product Owners and other Product Managers to accomplish objectives
- Participates in the launch of new products or major features
- Requirement gathering and documentation

Skills and experiences we value
- Strong knowledge of HCM processes and government regulations relating to Workforce Management
- 2-4 years Product Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Strong Experience in HCM
- Engaging communication style, present complex ideas clearly so both to technical and non-technical audiences understand what you’re talking about.
- Experience with Agile / SCRUM product development methodologies
- Thrives when working in a fast-paced, creative, innovative technology environment with a history of results
- Vibrant, passionate, quick learner, drive to grow, passion to work closely with customers and our product

What would make you really stand out
- An MBA would be great but not essential
- An analytical mindset that allows you to break the components into small pieces and design a solution. Your cross functional thinking will help you with this
