You can look forward to an interesting and varied job:
• Parameterization of our SP-EXPERT system (Rich Client) for duty scheduling and time management
• Creation and delivery of data for payroll accounting, reporting and personnel controlling
• Implementation of the requirements of the Working Hours Act and public sector pay scales as well as other collective agreements and legal bases in SP-EXPERT, taking into account the useful evaluability of the information
• Development of planning specifications and control instruments for duty scheduling
• Evaluation and preparation of data from SP-EXPERT (workforce management) for further processing with TIS/SAP BW
• Advising the duty planner on ergonomic, economic, collective bargaining and legal aspects of duty planning in the hospital
• Support for the service hotline, training and support for users
What you bring with you:
• Completed vocational training with relevant professional experience
• Comprehensive knowledge in the parameterization and administration of SP-Expert
• Comprehensive knowledge of time management with regard to collective bargaining and labor law
• Organizational and negotiation skills as well as confident and good communication skills
• Independent and practice-oriented way of working, creativity and team spirit
• Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration with a wide range of professional groups
