Title: Accountant (AP)
Location: Hollywood, CA
Responsibilities:
Process various invoice types accurately and efficiently for the company’s divisions in Oracle and SAP systems.
Monitor and handle cases in the Ramp Up customer service application
Assist with handling data file uploads
Customer Service
Research and resolve invoice and purchase order issues for vendors and internal business units
Perform special assignments as required by management
Reconciliation of vendor statements and Aging review
Assists with identifying process improvements
Communicate issues to supervisor in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Experience in a multi-location company
3+ years Accounts Payable experience
Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, Oracle, SAP as well as experience with an accounting system
