Your qualification

You have a state-recognized qualification as a nurse or geriatric nurse and ideally an additional gerontopsychiatric qualification.

Your Skills

We expect a high level of social and professional competence in order to be a reliable and committed contact for the employees, to give them their own development space and to transfer responsibility in a meaningful way. You have a strong professional, legal, social and economic thinking, which represents the latest state of the elderly and nursing care as well as care management through regular further training. You have the organizational talent to master daily operational tasks and a high level of communication skills to harmonize the interests of the most diverse professional groups and contact persons. You can identify with our mission statement and contribute to the company with a high level of quality and environmental protection awareness.

The company

The Cultus gGmbH of the state capital of Dresden is responsible for five old people's care and senior citizens' facilities, a workshop and a home for mentally handicapped people, an outpatient nursing service and a youth housing project for young adults with mental disabilities.

Your tasks

As a reference person, you will look after and accompany the residents on the basis of our mission statement and our care and nursing concept. You will take on tasks of basic and social care as well as tasks of treatment care, you will independently manage the care documentation, activate and mobilize the people entrusted to us both physically and mentally, take over any household chores that may arise and advise residents and their families.
