Job responsibilities and requirements include:
• Understand our business goals, be clear about how your design can help Daraz to meet its objectives.
• Work closely and passionately with product managers and business stakeholders in various time zones.
• Deliver good quality interface design and complete user flow within allocated timeline.
• Care about our on-ground user experience, take initiative to improve the UI/UX design quality that our users can experience.
• Evolve and define our design system for better design quality, consistency, and efficiency.

You would best fit this role if you:
• 2+ years of design experience on digital platforms, preferably working on iOS and Android apps
• Bachelor degree in HCI, Industrial design, visual communication or other relevant fields from a well-recognized institute.
• A portfolio that showcases strong work with outstanding research, visual and user interface designs
• An established track record of producing business results through design
• Comfort with design and prototyping using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Possess excellent technical aptitude, strong ownership and a desire to learn constantly
• A collaborative spirit and a proven ability to work well with others, building strong partnerships across teams
• Experience working in start-ups or demonstrated ability of excelling in fast-paced, changing and ambiguous environments and working under high pressure
• Excellent writing and verbal English communication skills to support the documentation, presentation, and design advocation.
