- Proficiency in using project management tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards project success
- Experience in project engineering or related technical fields is a plus
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts is an advantage
