We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Regional team, delivering projects across regional New South Wales. The Senior Project Manager role will require exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative nature to help develop authentic relationships with clients and stakeholders. Reporting to the General Manager in Orange, you will be primarily responsible for overall management of the project including planning and coordination, right through to completion.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
• Controlling and managing the project from initial site setup to completion, including all financials related to the job,
• Ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements,
• Ensuring effective cost control and efficient running of the project,
• Managing head and subcontract conditions including overall responsibility for timely procurement of trades,
• Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings with the client,
• Determining project specific risks, goals and opportunities,
• Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues,
• Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program,
• Performance management of delivery and site staff, including providing motivation and leadership and identifying any specialised training needs.

This role is key to the organisation's continued growth, and as such requires you to be versatile and possess:
• Relevant industry qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or similar, preferably with trade background,
• Significant experience in the field,
• Strong financial acumen,
• Robust local stakeholder network,
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles,
• Extensive experience in managing budgets for large construction projects,
• Competency in Microsoft suite and Procore software,
• Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures,
• Highly developed communication and engagement skills,
• Understanding of the BCA,
• Ability to interface and be a crucial influence on the Project team.
