Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment – Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their department and any required job openings.
• Benefits – Assist employees with benefit programs and all leave requests.
• Culture Champion – Nurture and cultivate our company culture. Organize team-building activities and events.
• Training and Development – Analyze training needs within the organization, design training programs, and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Performance Management – Oversee the performance appraisal process.
• HR Policy Implementation – Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or related field.
