Job Description
• Lab chemical tests implementation and optimization. New methods development to better explore the tool capability for organic/inorganic contamination detection. Daily data analysis and report, FA for abnormal data.
• Handle tool operation as necessary and develop characterization techniques based on assigned function. Tool maintenance and spare parts management.
• Tool optimization and new tool preparation to meet new product/technology requirements.
• Responsible to daily the operations, technicians task assignments and development of the technicians under the team
• Create short term goals and deliver teams goals and targets
• Collaborate with internal customers as well as with the colleagues with the characterization team as necessary. Support overall Laboratory goals to success
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Communication with WW team to keep good testing correlation.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree chemistry, Analytical chemistry, chemical engineering and other related courses.
• Analytical chemistry is an advantage with significant years of experience in chromatography analysis
• Experience in Characterization tools such as LCMS, GCMS, IC, Raman, FTIR, ICPMS is an advantage
• MS degree in related field is an advantage
