Position Overview:

As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract meaningful insights from vast and diverse data sets. You will leverage your analytical skills and statistical expertise to develop predictive models, uncover patterns, and generate actionable insights that drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

-Analyse large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
-Develop and implement predictive models to enhance forecasting and decision-making processes.
-Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide data-driven insights.
-Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and optimise business processes.
-Build and deploy machine learning models for various business applications.
-Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
-Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science.

Qualifications:

-Master's or PhD. in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.).
-Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
-Experience with machine learning frameworks and statistical modelling.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
