We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst - Repair et Refurbishment in a full-time position to join our talented Re-commerce team in our Berlin headquarters.

What you will contribute:
• Monitor Stock reconciliation between ERP and WMS
• Always keep an eye on partner performance and take effective measures in the event of deviations
• Create and maintain reports to improve inventory efficiency
• Be responsible for tracking and developing Repair and Logistic KPIs
• Close collaboration and coordination with the repair and refurbishment Team, 3PL Team, and repair partners
• Propose strategies and process improvements on the repair and refurbishment
• Manage spare part stocks, coordination of packaging and spare parts supply
• Organize and perform quality audits

What you bring:
• 1+ year experience as an external logistic service provider (3PL) and warehouse management systems
• Experience in Grading and Quality control
• Knowledge of Tableau, and deep MS Excel/Google spreadsheets skills
• Ability to work individually and take ownership of projects
• Lateral thinking to be able to identify and solve complex issues
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and external service partners
• Analytical understanding of logistics and warehousing processes
• Fluent in English and good German skills is a big plus
• Driver License Class B (preferred)
