Responsibilities
• Position statement drafting
• Correspondence with agency requests for information
• Settlement negotiations
• Conduct remote mediations representing clients
Qualifications
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in employment law spaces, focusing on drafting position statements and representing clients at hearings, mediations and settlements
• Impeccable executive functioning skills, strong work ethic, plenty of exposure working on deadline, excellent time management
• Active bar license in state of residence
