Fluence is searching for a Cybersecurity Analyst who can maintain and expand our efforts to protect Fluence’s digital environment by identifying and mitigating possible security concerns, threats and risks. The ideal candidate will be able to enhance our Cybersecurity Program by applying the most effective and innovative methods and tools in the cloud environment around the Globe in data classification and protection, vulnerability assessment, patch management, security enforcement and incident response.

Responsibilities:

Manage the company's data classification and protection project by developing guidelines and set automated tools

Develops custom training materials and conduct training sessions for Fluence employees

Provide on-the-spot, first-level support about cybersecurity concerns to end-users

Utilize compliance and vulnerability security scan tools to enhance security measures

Monitor security events, investigate anomalies, and respond to alerts and incidents

Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software cybersecurity issues and patches

Develop and implement security enhancements, process automation, and playbooks

Run logs analysis to identify unusual or suspicious behavior to develop automated detection rules and playbooks.

What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?

3+ years in Cybersecurity

Proficient in data classification, protection methods, and tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview).

Comprehensive understanding of network architecture, Microsoft Azure, AWS environments, device management, identity management, vulnerability management

Proficient in both Windows and Mac hardware and software

Proficient in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, SQL)

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills are required

CompTIA Security+ certification (minimum) is required
