The Role:

As a Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and partially designing operating systems, business applications, security tools, physical and virtual servers, email systems, and desktop PCs. This role involve providing hands-on technical support for system administration, including software and hardware installation, upgrades, and monitoring.

Key Skills and Experience:
• System Administration: Proficiency in Windows Server 2016 , Ubuntu/Linux.
• Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
• Desktop/Laptop and Microsoft Application Support: Office365, Windows 10 and 11.
• Office 365 Administration.
• Microsoft Exchange Online/SharePoint Online Configuration and Support.
• Configuration, Setup, and Support of Business Networks (e.g., TCPIP/DHCP/DNS protocols).
• Switches and Firewalls: Understanding and Basic Troubleshooting.
• AWS/Azure Experience
• The role includes occasional travel to Gisborne, Hawkes Bay, and Marlborough.
