Reporting to the Deputy Head Of Global Supply Planning, we are recruiting a Supply Chain Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Lestrem. You will be working as part of a team of 7 passionate and expert employees!

As Supply Chain Analyst, you are accountable to structure, consolidate and analyze data and process to assure, support and animate performance subjects to meet our Mid Term Plan ambition.

You will support projects with global and/or local teams to drive excellence and measure performance improvements in:
• Developing key performance indicators and analyzing them to provide added-value guidance & recommendations to local teams including to support business development. Then in establishing and following-up on improvement plans and performance achievements.
• Providing authoritative solutions (tools and or methods) to top leadership based on deep subject matter expertise, and actively participate to their development directly or indirectly by leading projects.
• Defining and formalizing robust standards and common best practices (good practices, golden rules, directives, procedures, KPIs…) that will also feed our Planning Learning roadmap (materials/contents).
• Coordinating initiatives to facilitate their implementations globally and driving internal communication and Change Management
• Streamlining synergies & integration within Supply chain, between regions and cross functional

We will love about you:

You are known for your analytical skills and your ability to challenge, prepare and align stakeholders to make right business decisions. You are data driven and have problem-solving abilities including synthesis, and six sigma principles

But also ...
• You have a master’s degree in Supply Chain MS or MBA or Engineer degree
• You know manufacturing environment and associated logistic constraints
• Strong acumen in supply chain planning and performance practices
• You initiate and drive change and continuous improvement
• You have a strong experience with Database/ERP/Microsoft tools management
• You have good programming notions (Python preferably) with strong digital acumen in general
