If you are passionate about the construction industry and have a knack for sales, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who has a deep understanding of the construction industry, specifically with rock crushers, screening equipment, and brands like John Deere and KLEEMANN. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales specialist in the construction industry, with a proven record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Sales Specialist, your primary duties will include
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or market segment(s).
• Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers while managing and overseeing the sales process.
• Managing complex sales cycles and presenting to a range of potential business clients.
• Promoting and selling our top-of-the-line rock crushers and screening equipment.
• Demonstrating our product features, advantages, and benefits to persuade clients and overcome objections.
• Providing expert knowledge and advice on John Deere and KLEEMANN equipment.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales specialist in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
• In-depth understanding of rock crushers, screening equipment, and brands like John Deere and KLEEMANN.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
