Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our software applications. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities:

User Research:

Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences.

Translate research findings into actionable design solutions.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts.

Gather feedback and make adjustments based on user testing and stakeholder input.

Visual Design:

Develop high-quality visual designs that align with the overall product vision and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure consistent branding and a polished look and feel.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure design coherence and feasibility.

Communicate design decisions effectively and advocate for the user throughout the development process.

Usability Testing:

Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and gather insights for continuous improvement.

Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Apply new knowledge to enhance and evolve design processes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in the software development industry.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with responsive and mobile design.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
