Job PurposeManage with high quality all day-to-day tasks of implementing digital marketing plans with internal and external stakeholders, oversee and review digital content and assts to ensure brand visibility and attract Cool Inc target audience. Share communication impact report and highlight insight and recommendation to improve the conversion. Keep Cool Inc up to date with the latest digital trends and best practices.Accountabilities• Create and execute digital marketing plan with third party as per the digital marketing strategy and direction . • Manage and lead social media agency in all corporate digital activities execution to ensure high quality outcomes . • Manage and lead website development agency in day-to-day task and ensure all deliverable are achieved in the agreed timeline . • Ensuring communication consistency across all digital channels and platforms . • Review digital ads copy writing and content creation . • Monitor and audit community management across different social media platforms and ensure agreed response time is met . • Identify engagement opportunities across digital channels and propose the best execution as per the brand communication tonality . • Ensuring digital KPIs are achieved by proposing different digital marketing tactics . • Create and share performance report for digital channels as per the agreed structure and frequency . • Participates in achieving marketing yearly targets and objectives . • Participates in creating digital marketing SLA internally and externally Job RequirementsEducational Qualifications:•Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or any other related field.Experience & Skills:• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.• Arabic language desired (working knowledge).• English required (advanced).• Digital Marketing background (Social Media, SEO, PPC, CRO)• Website CMS• Digital and Social reporting tools (GA4, Listening tools, etc.)
