Lyreco is a global provider of workplace solutions across various sectors. Our 'solution based' PPE Sector Corporate Sales Division is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Midlands.

Position Overview:

As the Business Development Manager for the PPE sector, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth by identifying and capitalising on PPE opportunities within your customer base. This position requires a proactive and autonomous individual with a strong background in sales and account management, particularly in the PPE sector.

Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse customer base to identify PPE opportunities.
• Identify and prospect new leads, winning new accounts in the PPE sector.
• Work autonomously, managing a busy schedule effectively.
• Provide support, training, and coaching to existing Field Sales Teams.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
• Create and present proposals to customers.
• Utilise strong analytical and mathematical abilities with good commercial acumen.

Person Profile for the Business Development Manager:
• Previous PPE Experience.
• Demonstrable background in sales or account management.
• Willingness to take on more responsibility when needed.
• Demonstrates commitment and motivation to achieve goals.
• Displays pride, professionalism, and a desire to excel in the job.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build trust, respect, and rapport quickly at all levels.
• Full and valid Driving Licence.
