Greetings!!We are hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist for Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaJOB PURPOSETo carry out assigned digital marketing action plans of brands or/and corporate division and execute them with excellence, integrate different marketing channels and means in campaigns, events and launches, monitor the performance of digital marketing activities and report result as fits.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES§ Assist in Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns§ Assist in providing quantitative analyses of marketing campaigns.§ Assist the Manager in designing and forming, the annual action plans based on business objectives with all needed communication instruments such as (websites development and updates, adv. and e-commerce, content management, mobile apps, etc.).§ Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and call center teams.§ Collaborate with other departments team members in the implementation of the contents/designs.§ Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.§ Complete assigned courses in LMS or Training and Seminar assignment.§ Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts and improving customer engagement.§ Creative and work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.§ Develop, implement and manage social media content plans and calendar that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.§ Ensure aesthetics and brand values/design principles across platforms.§ Ensure all online marketing channels are aligned with brand marketing calendars while keeping an eye out for potential issues and/or opportunities.§ Ensure monthly update all social media platforms and website with the new images.§ Execution of Communication Plans: carryout annual action plans with all stakeholders (internal/external) and all needed channels (websites development and updates, adv. and e-commerce, content management, mobile apps, etc.) for all types of activities such campaigns, promotions, sale days.§ Follow the KPIs for all digital tactics.§ Help in maintaining social media presence.§ Help in Introducing and promoting digital marketing best practices such as segmentation, testing and analytics to the organization.§ Help to evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.§ Liaise with third party providers and agencies as when needed.§ Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.§ Provide design notes for content planning and update/modify them as required.§ Provide needed reports on budget spending, projects’ progress, campaigns and activities performance on agreed basis (monthly, semiannually, annually, per season, per brand and per activity).§ Respond timely to business requirements and challenges on a daily basis.§ Review all sizes of the image in social media and website/mobile and ensure of them before publishing.§ Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.§ Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.§ Track conversion rates and making improvements to the website.§ Understand of Social media metrics – SEO – web traffic metrics- conduct audience and buyer persona research§ Update the files of Brand guidelines every quarter.§ Update the shared files based on the final images, videos, recipes, and packs.§ Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout social, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.§ Write meeting minutes to capture all discussed points and ensure excellent follow through to execution.§ Do other tasks assigned by management that are related to own knowledge, skills, ability and experience.JOB REQUIRMENTS§ Bachelor Degree in Marketing, or similar field.§ 1 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.§ Acceptable understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.§ Acceptable knowledge of digital marketing working knowledge of owned, earned and paid channel management.§ Research skills, ability to find information (generally through the internet)§ Time and project management skills.§ Creativity, teamwork and strong attention to detail required.§ Acceptable understanding of ecommerce technology (web analytics, ad tracking, a/b/n testing, tag management, content management).§ Great interpersonal and communication skills§ Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Arabic , and must have a thorough understanding of social§ Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok, YouTube and other social media best practices media management and strategy.§ Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and Team player.§ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
