Role Description
This is a Full-time On-site role for a Linux System Administrator located in Karāchi. The Linux System Administrator will be responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux operating systems and software, ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. They will also collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient operation of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Qualifications
• Experience in Linux System Administration, installation, and configuration of different applications, databases or frameworks
• Knowledge in virtualization (KVM, VMWare, Proxmox)
• Good knowledge in Linux scripting like Bash, Python or Ruby
• Experience in server/network security technologies and protocols configuration and management
• Experience in managing backup and recovery solutions
• Good working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Linux
• Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and network configuration
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as a team member
