Mid-Level AI/ML Engineer (3-5 years of experience) Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions for real-world problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives.
• Perform data analysis, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Senior AI/ML Engineer (6+ years of experience) Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end development of AI/ML projects.
• Drive AI/ML strategy and architecture decisions.
• Develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning models.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level team members.
• Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and trends.

Requirements for All Levels:
• A degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms.
• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
