Business Lawyer

We are looking for a Business Lawyer who can do the following:

- Knowledge of how to file businesses in the New York State

-Knowledge of how to file businesses in the New York State

- Obtain the EIN

- Act as the registered agent for the businesses and receive mail and documents and be in contact with the owners of the businesses if there are any updates with the businesses

- Assist with the business owners setting up USA bank accounts for each business online

- Must have knowledge of online banking

If you can only file/be the registered agent for 1 state but not the other that is fine please still apply. We have multiple clients in the fashion and beauty industry who are startups and have some to us to source legal support for their start-up. Please still apply.
