Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales tasks, including providing exceptional customer service to Muslim travelers seeking Umrah packages, actively making sales calls, conducting training sessions, managing sales teams, and working with management to implement sales strategies.

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Experience in conducting training sessions and managing sales teams
• Familiarity with sales management and CRM software
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
