Responsibilities
• Generate business leads both internally and externally to expand the customer base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Cultivate new sales leads, establish business, and negotiate offered services in the international shipping industry.
• Assume overall responsibility for the profitability of the company's Profit and Loss (P&L).
• Leverage the company's value proposition to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage resource allocation and identify emerging markets and market shifts.
• Utilize company technologies to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer-facing value.
• Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor day-to-day operations.
• Create and execute strategic plans in alignment with company goals.
• Prepare and present monthly executive summaries for leadership.
• Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building.
• Generate insights using internal and external business intelligence to report on and drive business performance.
• Assess and measure the risk profile for strategic plans and decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to review pricing, market penetration, and service KPIs.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Drive revenue and margin growth across multiple verticals and modes.
• Maintain a sales calendar, attend customer events, and conduct annual business reviews.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of the company's goals, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5+ years of industry-related experience in selling shipping solutions for international lanes (import and export).
• Proven management and leadership experience.
• Previous experience working with contract management systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to write routine reports, letters, and documents
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Previous experience and portfolio in Order Fulfillment or Reverse Logistics area.
