The Litigation Lawyer will be responsible formanaging cases from inception to resolution, drafting precise andcompelling legal documents, conduct thorough legal research, serveas a trusted advisor to clients, negotiate and settle disputes, andlead and collaborate with a team. They should also stay up to datewith developments in UK legislation and court rules. This isa full-time role, with a working pattern from Monday –Friday. To beconsidered for this role, you must be a Common Law qualified Lawyerwith a minimum of six years’ experience in UK High Courtlitigation. Exemplary drafting skills will be essential to lead andmanage complex cases. Candidates based in the UAE are preferred,however, our client is willing to offer a relocation package forthe right candidate.
