Distribution Supply Chain Analyst

Our Distribution Centre in St Ives is at the very hub of our business covering 70,000 sq ft and with 4,000 pallet spaces and 8,000 active sku’s it is a busy, complex and fast paced operation.

About the job:

This is a newly created role that will analyse all orders in our ERP system and allocate to the relevant teams according to order status, ensuring that the necessary resource is planned and in place and that all issues are dealt with quickly. With Acushnet's commitment to excellent customer service, this proactive approach will ensure orders move efficiently through our distribution center, meeting or surpassing our valued SLAs.

If you were working here, these are some of the things you would be doing:
• Oversee the allocation of orders, ensuring that orders are printed and allocated according to priority,
• Communicate order status with stakeholders and address issues as needed
• Plan resources to ensure efficient order processing and identify reasons for unfilled orders.
• Monitor and report departmental resource levels and picking rates compared to targets
• Provide regular updates on DC KPI performance to stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager / Stock and Administration Manager to identify improvement opportunities,
• Always demonstrate the highest standards of Health & Safety practices.
