The purpose of the role is to assist in the achievement of the TT Group Supply Chain Vision of an optimised Supply Chain that enables inspiring futures. This will be achieved through embedding better procurement processes, systems and digital approaches contributing to sustainable supply chains through innovation and collaboration while taking a globally connected perspective.

Working with the business, the Supply Chain Specialist will be expected to lead initiatives collaboratively, provide support to business unit initiatives and support the business in supply chain and procurement related activity, which includes;
- Procurement Category Management (Plan, Source, Contract, Manage)
- Third-party risk framework (Supplier due diligence) co-ordination
- Third-party Master Data maintenance
- New Supplier onboarding and offboarding processes
- Contract Management/Administration
- Social and Sustainable Procurement initiatives
- Supplier Relationship Management framework
- Third-party Performance Management framework
- Supplier Code of Conduct and other policies implementation at the business level
- Other support as required including projects.

- Solid understanding and experience of supply chain optimisation, procurement and commercial best practice
- Experience in end-to-end design and delivery in line with expectations
- Robust Ethical and sustainable procurement practices
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience in delivering successful change management initiatives
- Supplier pre-qualification, on boarding and master data governance process
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualification (ideally in Commerce, Science, Legal or Engineering).
