Ourclient specializes in providing legal and business solutions toorganizations and investors. They are currently looking to recruita Senior Lawyer (Litigation) to be based inBahrain.

Duties& Responsibilities :
• MeetingProvide high quality legal and management support to the Directorof DisputeResolution
• Conducthigh-level legal research, develop strategies and provide riskassessment for handling cases andprojects.
• Maintainstrong client relations through consistent communication andfeedback related to ongoing cases and legalmatters.
• Prepareand draft legal documents such as legal notices, claim statements,court memorandums, wills, deeds, petitions, POAs, leases amongstothers.
• Liaisewith different government authorities asrequired.
• Superviselegal assistants, junior lawyers, paralegals, and relatedlitigation staffmembers.
• Negotiatesettlements of civildisputes.
• Gatherevidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by suchmeans as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the factsof acase.
• Adviseexecutives and senior management on strength of claims anddefenses, dispute avoidance andresolution.
• Adviseclients concerning business transactions, claim liability,advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rightsandobligations.
• Interpretlaws, rulings and regulations for individuals andbusinesses.

Qualification&Requirements :
• 10-13years Post Qualification Experience, with a strong background ingeneral litigation and dispute resolution.
• Senior-levelexperience in a legalfirm.
• Excellentinterpersonal and negotiationskills.
• Excellentoral and written communicationskills.
• Flexibleapproach to meet the changing priorities of the firm or its client.
• Abilityto work well in high-pressure environments.
• Attentionto details.
