We would like to offer you the position of Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will report to Business Manager (Principal Capital Lead) and will support the sales team within an assigned territory with new equipment installations, equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, demo inventory setup and customer in-service.

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
• Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
• Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.
• Conduct market research including customers and competitors’ activities.
• Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D (Research and Development), Operations and Marketing.
• Find different and innovative solutions in-line with market dynamics through Conducting hybrid interaction models including virtual and/or physical communications to accommodate Healthcare professionals (HCPs) and market needs.

Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• 2 years of Medtronic Capital Equipment (O Arm and Navigation) Clinical Specialist or Sales Representative experience plus 2 years of prior clinical or medical sales Experience
• NeuroSpine, or O.R. (Operation Room) Experience
• Willing to travel extensively
• Strong Interpersonal skills, with focused People/Customer/Result orientation
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and "Presence"
• Can work autonomously but is also a team player
• Self motivated and positive
• Ability to quickly establish credibility with all levels of customer base
• Good time manager: Well organized, able to set and reset priorities
