Job Description
• Leads projects and teams by applying sophisticated Design mastery to programs, projects and initiatives. Understands and influences the innovation strategy, brand strategy and initiative masterplan.
• Builds and implements design for key projects and initiatives using the category/brand’s design strategy.
• Collaborates with the Design Leader to build the Design strategy fundamentals.
• Collaborates across One Design and multi-functional projects/initiatives/teams to bring the strategy to life.

Qualifications
• >2 years experience in relevant field. Preferably from allure industry / have strong eyes for beauty;
• Can work independently and in collaboration with external team with positive and proactive attitude.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written)
• Industrial background will be a plus
