Job Purpose:

This onsite position will own the Supply Management Review (SMR) meeting and process as part of the broader Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process for Woodland Foods. They will turn raw data into actionable insights, pushing daily operations across the supply chain to deliver on-time and in-full to our customers. Develop PowerBI dashboards and reports/scorecards to measure progress and diagnose problems with customer fulfillment. This role will help identify opportunities in raw material purchasing patterns, production scheduling, schedule attainment, and shipping – unlocking value across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will be action-oriented, collaborative, and driven to improve the business through data and planning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Facilitate the Supply Management Review (SMR) including leading the monthly meeting with C-suite executives
• Drive accountability following the SMR meeting through action items, status checks, and ongoing formal communications to ensure completion of key activities
• Develop and maintain scorecards measuring performance across the Operations team
• Drive efficiencies through daily reporting that focuses departments on actions they can take to drive on-time, in-full shipments to customers
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and between Sales and Operations teams to drive the best outcomes for the customer
• Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain by reviewing current methodology and processes
• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
• Identify and measure inefficiencies and costs to determine how to streamline the supply chain and create strategies for improvement
• Design and implement methods to gather and manage data as needed
• Experience leading and/or participating in cross-functional teams
• Experience analyzing and improving supply chain and/or financial metrics, information, and processes
• Understanding of supply chain processes a plus
• Experience working in and maintaining databases using Microsoft Excel and/or PowerBI
• Ability to conceptualize large-picture projects, foresee challenges, and address needs
• Developing and preparing reports for various audience levels, from users to senior management, that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Monitor for data accuracy, timeliness, and integrity in data used in analysis and reporting.
• Manage individual projects as assigned to ensure adherence to schedule, quality and accuracy of delivered results
• Learn and continue to gain business operations knowledge. Leverage this knowledge to recommend future projects

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and at least two years of experience in a similar role.

Skills/Abilities
• Experience or exposure to S&OP processes and procedures, customer planning, or supply planning
• Experience in Power BI reporting development
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical and data-driven decision making
• Detail-oriented emphasizing accuracy
• Advanced skill in Excel is a plus including macros, pivot tables, and advanced formatting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate findings to all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work autonomously and with a team while executing independent decision-making in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
• Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
• Any experience analyzing supply chain, production, warehouse execution, and financial data is a plus
• Any experience with Infor M3 is a plus
