YOUR ROLE AS Remote Sales Representative (M/F/D)

At P&G, we will innovate our Sales team with a new office-based remote sales team targeting pharmacies in Germany.

We want you to use your irresistible voice and communication skills to be the first point of contact for assigned pharmacies. You are the ONE understanding its needs and help them grow with our great OTC portfolio. Brands as Wick, Vigantol, Kytta and Nasivin are well-known and highly recommended by pharmacists and PTA’s. You are growing Sales Revenue, increasing Visibility and Recommendation for our P&G Health portfolio with your customers. Located in our headquarter Schwalbach, you have the unique opportunity to connect closely to each team member as well as all Customer Related functions as Quality, Medical or Commercial functions. You are in the driver seat of a brand new sales model for our business unit. Let’s get started together!

Length of assignment: 2 years (temporary role).

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE
• You have expertise according §75 law on drugs (pharmaceutical representative, PTA, MTA, BTA, CTA, degree in biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine, - nutritional science and home economics), knowledge of pharmacy market and market players and regulations.
• Preferably you worked as Pharmacy Sales employee in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry; remote sales experience would be ideal
• In your career, you demonstrated working knowledge of explaining OTC & Food Supplements products based on benefit and claim communication
• It is your expertise how to get in contact with customers, providing exceptional service and support remotely, addressing client inquiries or resolving issues from a distance.
• You know how to work efficient with digital tools, CRM systems and sales tracking software to manage interactions and leads effectively.
• You can communicate proficiently in English and German (written and spoken). And of course, you have a good telephone manner.
• You know how you proactive act in reaching out to healthcare professionals and generating leads independently.
• As team player you have proven collaboration skills and you are open to share & reapply success stories.
• You bring strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to your job. You understand customer needs and offers flexible sales offers.
• Based on your analytical capabilities you are able to optimize daily calls by KPI’s/different targets.
• You love to work in an agile environment: independently and with a high self-motivation as well as your eagerness to learn new products.
