Role Requirements
We are seeing demand for lawyers with 5-10 years' top-tier post-qualification experience within Corporate (M&A joint ventures and/ or ECM) and/or Commercial (IP, IT or commercial contracts).
Successful applicants will:
• Have a minimum of five years' PQE at a top tier law firm, ideally with some in house exposure either directly or via secondment
• Have gained experience across mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advisory, commercial advisory and contracts, IT, technology, IP and/or outsourcing, cybersecurity and/or transformation, payments and/or fintec
• Have excellent academic credentials;
• A practising certificate (or equivalent) which entitles them to practice as a lawyer
• A consultant mindset - be resilient, open to experiencing new challenges and environments and be excited to develop their skill set and brand within the consultancy field
Examples of recent opportunities
• Technology lawyer to work on a part time basis for a corporate client advising on commercial contracts, software issues and procurement activities.
• Corporate commercial lawyer supporting a technology business based in Abu Dhabi on a range of corporate and commercial activities including R&D agreements and IP matters.
• Corporate lawyer with strong project management skills to assist a client in Dubai with preparation for an IPO
