Activity
• Lead and drive marketing events including tradeshows, Tech days, Workshops, Seminars, Webinars and so on with customers through engagement with sales and technical team at country level, and with product team at global level.
• Monitor and control implementation of the marketing plan and ensure adherence to budget. Perform ROI analysis on all online offline campaigns and events.
• Build strong working relationships with 3rd party event organizers, digital marketing agencies for driving brand awareness and lead generation.
• Provide supports for marketing communications initiatives (social media, website, PPTs …)
• Support sales team with product material which is to be aligned with global template and product manager.

Activity
• Monitor and report local competitors’ marketing activities and develop action plans to enhance our overall competitiveness.
• Support on CRM.
• Assist on local SEO/PPC, feeds and social media, etc.

KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS (main KPIs used in the role)
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, effectively ensure implementation of each of the offline/online marketing campaigns and events aligned with brand guideline and messaging on time and on budget.
• Flawless deployment and localization of global contents to meet local internal & external customers’ requirements.
• Collaborate with China sales team to drive strong customer engagement and in-house support.
• Deliver regular reports of marketing campaigns/events KPIs and leads handling. (Bi-weekly or monthly)

Professional Background
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in automotive industry, OEM or Tier-1 is preferrable.
• Very familiar with China automotive industry and good connection or relationship with OEMs and OESs resources.
• Experience on managing and working with agencies. Proven experience in creating and executing marketing events, such as Autoshow, Tech Day, Webinar, etc.
• Familiar with Chinese digital channels including Baidu SEO/PPC, feeds and social media, etc.
• Strong program management and analytical skill.
• Strong interpersonal communication and critical thinking skill in a dynamic working environment.
• Creative thinker who leverages insights to generate new ideas and find great opportunities.
• Fluent Chinese and English in both.
• Domestic/international travelling capability.
• Highest level of professional integrity and honesty as well as personal credibility.
• A team player with positive attitude and result-oriented mindset.
• High energy, self-starter, problem solver, good presentation, and quick learner.
• Accept business trip.
