We are on the lookout for a Junior Advocate (Freshers - 2 Years) looking to specialise in Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Arbitration, RERA and other Commercial Disputes in addition to general Writs and Suits. Based out of Alwarpet, the key forums where we would be appearing are the Hon'ble Madras High Court, NCLT and NCLAT, RERA, MSME Council, NGT and the City Civil Court Chennai.

Location: Alwarpet, Chennai

Stipend : Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 20,000 p.m. depending upon Drafting Skills & Experience.

Qualification: Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council

Job Description:

1. Attend regular court proceedings before various fora such as the Madras High Court, NCLAT and NCLT, DRAT and DRT, RERA.

2. Drafting of Pleadings and preparation of case briefs, opinions relating to Corporate Laws, Real Estate Laws and Debt Recovery Laws.

3. Assist in Research Work relating to Insolvency and Arbitration.
