Job Summary

Responsible to perform critical data gathering, process creation and adherence, and analysis related to, category cost savings, or process improvement initiatives. The Senior Supply Chain Analyst and Data Manager will provide data analytics, reporting, and other support to the Supply Chain team. In addition to traditional analyst functions, this role will include ownership of strategic initiatives, as well as ERP Data accuracy and conformance for Supply Chain requirements

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
• Lead reviews of the supply base for assigned category areas and provide direction to Category Managers on potential opportunities; assist Category Managers with sourcing efforts around these opportunities
• Lead data collection & analytics including, but not limited to: current spend, purchase practices, supply market info, customer requirements, benchmark information, supplier performance data, business cases
• Provide recommendations based on analysis performed to category and sourcing initiatives. Identify opportunity areas such as standardization, supplier consolidation, and changes in procurement process. Drive process creation, process change, and process adherence throughout supply chain
• Synthesize data into detailed category profiles and other outputs
• Update, manage, and audit all Supply Chain parameters in the ERP (RAMCO)
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university and five to seven years of related experience and/or training. MBA preferred
• 5-7 years of experience with sourcing, business analysis, market research, financial analysis, procurement/supply chain analysis, supplier performance management
• Exceptional decision making skills and experience in negotiation, disrupting status quo and driving results
• Demonstrated success in gathering data, conducting analyses, and generating high quality outputs

Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide recommendations for opportunity based on analysis work
• A collaboration expert, ability to influence and drive change using analytics and ideation
• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and related metrics
• Analytical, team building, strategic thinking, process-driven – a continuous improvement leader

Computer Skills
• Expert with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with eProcurement tools (Coupa) preferred
• Experience with Data analytics and Data Management in large scale ERP system, RAMCO preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
• APICS certifications preferred

Salary
• $86,601.25 - $106,981.88
