Company Overview:

HF Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and contribute to our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Financial Record Maintenance:
• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounting software.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data by reconciling accounts regularly.

Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
• Generate and present financial reports summarizing company's financial status.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts based on financial data analysis.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis reports.

Tax Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.

Audit and Compliance:
• Coordinate and support external audits as necessary.
• Implement and maintain accounting controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
• CA Finalist or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (or other spreadsheet tools).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or similar certification is a plus.
