Responsibilities of Nurse Clinician in JHAH
Patient Assessment and Care:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the outpatient setting.

Clinical Coordination:
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between healthcare providers.

Qualifications and Skills:
• For this job we required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Current nursing license in the jurisdiction of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient or primary care settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
